This painting “Venice Slice” was painted in 2012. It bears the number 360 and was created in oil paint. It is part of the “City Slices – Slices of Cities” series, which is infused with my lived experience. True narrative and pictorial travel stories, I like to add references to current events and culture, with a touch of humour and irony. This city slice was one of the first in the series and was exhibited in a gallery in London and in Milan.
Its title, its work number, the year it was created and my name are affixed to the back of the painting, and you will find it in my catalogue raisonné. By hand-signing its certificate of authenticity, you have my guarantee of the painting’s provenance and legitimacy, as a unique piece in my collection.

It is painted on all 4 sides and has a hanging system on the back. Framing is not necessary; it is a personal choice depending on the type of paintings you already have at home.
For shipments outside Switzerland, I use a high-quality transport partner to ensure smooth delivery from my studio to your home. They also handle customs formalities, which will be simplified. Lower customs fees may apply on your side.
Paintings are shipped after payment. Please allow around 30 days for it to arrive safely and in good condition.
We guarantee the condition of each painting and assure you of its origin and execution in full transparency, with direct contact with the artist. We do not refund the painting, but we can issue store credit to use towards another painting. However, return shipping costs will be at your expense, and the store credit will be issued once the previous painting has been returned (and its condition checked).
