Break from routine

Experience an artistic aperitif in the privatized gallery of painter Rita Mancesti (Rolle).

In 1h30, your group (up to 20 people) is guided step-by-step to create a modern and harmonious fresco.

No prior experience required: the “random drawing” method and a focus on color harmony make the experience accessible and fun. Inclusive, multilingual workshop (up to 5 languages).

Complimentary aperitif (coffee/croissant or meal options). And enjoy a visit to the permanent exhibition (~50 oil paintings of the region), commented by the artist.

You leave with a group fresco and a souvenir photo

The workshop allows you to get to know each other in conditions other than work. The activity is entirely collaborative; there is no competition or judgment. You learn to be open, benevolent, focused on a common goal to find harmony.

Generally, this is the goal of this activity. It helps break the ice, encourages collaboration and respect, and allows for good memories of a convivial moment where all hierarchy is non-existent for the duration of the workshop.

The artist has a charter that allows everyone to be free to participate or not. The few people refusing to participate will take on a ‘logistics’ role and can join the group at any time.

Once the group photo has been taken, the artist debriefs for 10 minutes to get the general impression of the group and explains the links between the workshop and professional life.

For a workshop requiring special attention, e.g., a proven issue within the team, it is possible to invite an external coach who will propose solutions based on observed dynamics, in a return-to-work session.

As a team leader, you are invited to set aside your role for the duration of the workshop and enjoy observing the dynamics that emerge during consensual decision-making. You will undoubtedly be surprised to see rather discreet characters emerge and take the lead.

The artist indeed offers a preliminary discussion to ensure that your objectives (fun, convivial, unifying, conflict resolution) are met under the best conditions.

Collaborate with good humor, observe my colleagues in a different, non-office context, create a harmonious work, be creative.

In addition to being able to visit the existing exhibition (50 paintings of the region), the artist will explain the basics of color symbolism, how to mix them, the technique of watercolor neocolor, and the use of brushes. This could serve as a basis for discovering a new hobby.

The technique used is not messy. In case of a stain, simply clean with water. Participants can therefore come in office attire. The artist provides aprons and gloves if necessary.
